Shakespeare was right.

Canadians were shocked recently when a rapist got a lower sentence because he was native.  Many Canadians asked how any judge could do that.  The 1% of Canadians who actually pay attention did not ask that question.  They knew the judge had no choice but to reduce the sentence because of Gladue.

Yet when it came time for sentencing, the court factored in his Indigenous background, poverty, addiction, and experiences in foster care. The judge said these Gladue considerations shaped his life and outlook. As a result, his prison term dropped from 10 years to eight.

26 years ago, a group of liberal activists masquerading as judges on the supreme curt decided the best way to solve the problem of so many natives in prison was by simply not putting Native criminals in prison.  When this happened, sane Canadians pointed out that giving lenient sentences based on race was not just unconstitutional it was stupid and dangerous.

20 years after this moronic decision by judges, who were appointed for their allegiance to the liberal party of Canada rather than intelligence or even common-sense, Canada found they had a serious problem.  There were hundreds of missing native women.  Who would have thought that releasing violent felons back into the communities that they were victimizing would end like this?  Certainly not politically appointed supreme court judges.

Canadians are the most clueless population on earth.  Most have no idea how corrupt and destructive our courts are.  Canadian courts routinely ignore law and common sense in favor of personal political ideology.  One court will hand down an idiotic decision so that another can expand that precedent to even more ridiculous extent. It does not take long before you have hundreds of missing women or lose control of your borders.

A government strategy to prevent Iranian regime members from resettling in Canada is struggling to show results after border security officials lost their fourth deportation case.

Canadian courts have decided that they get to choose who stays in our country and they are using their brethren in the law community to consolidate even more control over immigration.

A lawyers’ group says it is suing the federal government in a bid to boost legal protections for newcomers in “high-stakes” immigration and refugee cases.

“What we’re trying to do is to establish through a court order the right to be represented by counsel throughout the entire system,” said Choudhry, a principal at Circle Barristers in Toronto.

What an incestuous little game.  One group of lawyers petitioned another group of lawyers (judges) to change the system for their personal financial benefit.  This petition does not ask the taxpayers to pay legal costs but in all things law, this is not the end.  Once this has been forced into Canadian law the next petition will certainly force the costs on to taxpayers.

Only a fool could be blind to the fact that our corrupt courts are destroying Canada.  Sadly, Canadian’s have a track record of voting for fools.  Our Current court Jester Mark Carney is no exception.  In an act of stunning stupidity Carney has asked the courts if they want more power.

Continuing in that divisive, virtue-signalling tradition of the Trudeau Government, the Carney-appointed Attorney-General (who, appropriately enough, was Justin’s disastrous immigration minister) has asked the Supreme Court of Canada to change the Constitution of Canada to limit the use of the notwithstanding clause.

If the court decides to agree (and why wouldn’t it? It would mean that courts will be even more powerful), then Canada will continue its journey from a democracy governed by representatives elected by the people, to an autocracy ruled by appointed judges.

The not withstanding clause allows elected governments to ignore incredibly destructive decisions from the court.  If this is removed the courts will be in complete control of Canda.  We may as well cancel elections.

“The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers”

Shakespeare, Henry VI part 2

If you ask a lawyer that line indicates that tyrants need to eliminate lawyers who are brave defenders of democracy.  If you ask anyone who has ever dealt with a lawyer, the interpretation is very different.  Lawyers and former lawyers who now sit as judges don’t have a good track record of defending anything other than their own personal interests.  You can’t fix Canada without fixing our courts.  Lawyers and judges will never let that happen.
